• Extra geometry/complicated mecha - This is something I won't do; I’m not comfortable enough with my skills drawing highly geometric things to guarantee a piece that’s up to my standards.

• Major modifications after the rough sketch stage - Varies per each edit depending on complexity and how much needs changed.

• All prices listed here are generalizations. Very complex, very simple, or very awesome designs may cost more or less.

• Something not listed here - Don’t be shy, just ask! In the past I’ve done a smattering of graphic design work of all sorts and would be thrilled as heck to do IC menu designs, event posters, FC/business logos, you name it.

Timeframe

Please allow up to 2 months lead time. I’m disabled and not the fastest in the world as a result of that, but I want to make sure every piece gets as much time as it needs to be great. If you need something sooner (or later!) let me know and we’ll see if it can be done.

Payment

For commissions of $50 or less, payment is due in full once I’m done with your piece. For commissions of more than $50, half of the price is due upon finalization of the rough sketch, and the other half upon completion and delivery.

Once we’ve reached an agreement, I will send you a Paypal invoice for the amount of your commission. Tips are appreciated, though never mandatory. Unsolicited payments will be immediately refunded.

I can only accept ‘digital currency’ payments within FFXIV, on Balmung server/Crystal datacenter. Do not contact me ingame about it – I will block you for the safety of my own account. I will only discuss such exchanges by email or Discord. Rates are available by request.

Streaming/WIPs

I sometimes stream commissions on Picarto. I reserve the right to post works in progress on social media, and will also send you WIPs directly. You can request an update WIP whenever you like, and I'll get one to you as soon as I'm able.

If you would prefer I not publicly display or stream something (it’s personal, it’s a surprise gift, etc.) let me know ahead of time.

Copyright Terms

The Legal Stuff: Unless otherwise negotiated, I retain applicable copyrights to images I produce and non-commercial rights to reproduce commissions (meaning, I can’t sell a character you designed or merchandise featuring a character you designed without obtaining that right from you, but I can display my artwork of that character).

 

Commissioner is granted the right to digitally display or physically reproduce the purchased image or part of the image (such as a profile picture) for personal enjoyment only. Right to resale of the image or items bearing the image, or any derivative of the image, or use of the image in a for-profit manner (e.g., monetized videos or streaming) is not granted without prior explicit agreement; unless I sell you those rights, I retain them.

My art may not, under any circumstances, be used as or in conjuction with any manner of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, or non-fungible token system. Violators will be subject to legal action.
